Our Story

BUGYAL was born from a simple observation: the finest products in India come from its most remote places, yet mountain communities struggle to reach conscious consumers.

Founded in 2020 in Manali, we began by partnering with three farming cooperatives in the Kullu Valley. Today, we work with over 40 farmers and artisans across Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and the Northeast — bringing grains, honey, squashes, bamboo crafts, and herbs directly to your home.

We are not a marketplace. We are a bridge — ensuring fair prices for producers, transparent sourcing for you, and the preservation of traditional Himalayan food culture.
